Where We Ship
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC.
- International shipping is not currently available.
- Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are limited to small-parcel items via USPS. Larger packages may not be eligible for these delivery types.
Order Processing & Production
Processing begins after successful payment and order confirmation. Lead times may vary depending on the dress style, size, and availability.
- Order verification: 1–2 business days to confirm style, size, and customization.
- Standard dresses in stock: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.
- Custom or limited edition dresses: Typically ship within 5–10 business days.
- Holidays and peak seasons may extend processing times.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit
Transit time begins when your order leaves our facility. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Carriers include UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Estimated transit is three to seven business days for most U.S. addresses.
- Expedited Shipping: Carriers include UPS or FedEx. Estimated transit is two to three business days for eligible items; processing time still applies.
- Priority/Express Shipping: Carriers include UPS or FedEx. Estimated transit is one to two business days where available; processing time still applies.
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Transit may take five to twelve business days; additional shipping fees may apply.
Note: Delivery dates combine processing and shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Rates & Surcharges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
- Oversized or unusually shaped packages may incur additional fees.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address.
Split Shipments
Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are ready at different times. Each package will have its own tracking information. Customers are not charged extra for split shipments initiated by Chic Harbor LLC.
Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address changes can be requested before shipment by contacting info@dxiy.shop or +1 (480) 941-3398. Once the order has shipped, rerouting may be possible at an additional fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier picks up your package.
Delivery, Risk of Loss & Signature
- Risk of loss and title pass to the customer when the package is handed to the carrier (UCC §2-509).
- Some shipments may require an adult signature based on order zznGm2HFLj or carrier policy.
- Please ensure a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for theft after a confirmed carrier delivery scan.
Damage, Missing Items & Defects Upon Arrival
- Inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s receipt. Take photos as needed.
- Report claims within 48 hours to info@dxiy.shop with your order number, photos, and description.
- For concealed damage or missing parts, contact us within 7 calendar days. We will assist with replacement or reshipment.
Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
- Returned or refused shipments will require confirmation of address and reship options. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Custom or made-to-order dresses are not eligible for cancellation or refund due to refused delivery, except where required by law.
Production/Shipping Delays & Notifications (MITOR Compliance)
If there is a delay, we will notify you via email with a revised ship date and offer the option to accept the new date or cancel the delayed item(s) for a refund, in accordance with the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor or material shortages, or government actions.
Fraud Prevention
Orders may be placed on hold for verification if flagged by our fraud-prevention system. Processing and shipping times begin after verification is complete.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable U.S. federal law.
